Mortgage rates are lower today after a decline in 10 year U.S. Treasury yields thanks to the debt resolution agreement being more a reality now the the Greek government has agreed to the terms. Current mortgage rates on 30 year home loans are averaging 4.10%. 30 year mortgage interest rates declined from yesterday's average rate of 4.15%.

15 year mortgages rates today are also lower when compared to yesterday's average. Current 15 year mortgage rates are averaging 3.35%, down from yesterday's average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.46%.

Today's mortgage rates on 30 year jumbo home loans are averaging 4.49%, a decline from Monday's average 30 year jumbo mortgage rate of 4.53%. 15 year jumbo mortgage rates are averaging 3.67%, a decline from Monday's average 15 year jumbo mortgage rate of 3.73%.

Adjustable mortgage rates continue to move down and currently are some of the lowest mortgage rates available today. Conforming 5 year adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 2.72%, down from Monday's average 4 year adjustable mortgage rate of 2.79%.

5 year jumbo adjustable mortgage rates currently are averaging 2.98%, down from Monday's average 5 year jumbo adjustable mortgage rate of 3.02%.
