Current Mortgage Rates Stabilize: 30 Year Mortgage Rates Today at 4.27%

Current Mortgage Rates: Mortgage rates have stabilized after plunging the past several days. Mortgage rates are lower on lower 10 year Treasury yields which touch in intra-day low of 2.04% this week. Current 10 year yields are at 2.33% back up to the level at the beginning of the week. Today's mortgage rates on 30 year mortgage loans are averaging 4.27%, up from yesterday's average 30 year rate of 4.25%.

Current mortgage rates on 15 year mortgage loans are averaging 3.50%,  a slight increase from yesterday’s average 15 year mortgage rate of 3.48%. You can get 15 year mortgage rates lower than the current average. Aimloan.com is offering 15 year mortgage rates at 3.125%.

Today's 30 year jumbo mortgage rates are averaging 4.71%, up from yesterday's average 30 year jumbo mortgage rate of 4.69%. Current 15 year jumbo mortgage rates are averaging 4.12%, an increase from yesterday’s average 15 year jumbo loan rate of 4.07%.

Today's 5 year conventional adjustable mortgage rates are averaging 3.05%, up from an average 5 year adjustable conventional rate of 3.00% on Thursday. 5 year jumbo adjustable mortgage rates today averaging 3.29%,  up from an average 5 year jumbo rate of 3.24% yesterday.
